OK so we have been for some time now but we are proud to say that we are now an accredited employer with The Living Wage Foundation.
The living wage is an ethical hourly rate set independently and updated annually, calculated according to the basic cost of living in the UK. Paying the Living Wage is good for business, good for employees and good for communities, in our case Scotland’s video production industry.

It’s a really important step for Production Attic because we want to make sure everyone we work with, whether they are freelance or a part of our core team get rewarded for their very hard work with real, sustainable wages!
