What do you actually get?
We’ll speak to you in person or over the phone to find out the details of what you’re looking for and fill out all the appropriate documentation to get started.
The simple ‘highlights only’ package is the most affordable option for events and still offers a great slice of the action which you can share again and again with you audience.
This is a one day shoot and consists of single person crew. This means you’ll get one camera and one viewpoint, if you want more angles then this is easily solved by adding in an extra crew member and another camera.
You’ll get high quality 4K footage and maybe even some epic, slow motion shots which always look good if your event is fast-paced or sporty like this run we filmed for Total Warrior.
We’ll also cover a basic lighting set-up, sound recording and camera lenses to make sure your event is captured in the best possible way.
Post-production
After we’re done filming we’ll dedicate one day of editing to create a show-stopping highlights reel featuring the best bits of your event.
You’ll be given access to our easy online review service and a set time to suggest any revisions, then we’ll tweak the video to make it absolutely perfect.

As part of this package you’ll also benefit from our unlimited music library to accompany your visuals, and we’ll colour grade the footage to make it really pop.
Assurance
On top of all this, we’ll throw in Public Liability Insurance, Products Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance up to £5m meaning you don’t need to worry about the details and can instead focus on hosting your event and running your business.
You’ll retain copyright of all footage, other materials and project files with the potential to create even more videos in the future.
Want more?
We can optional extras like cinematic crane shots (see below) or extra time filming if your event is spread over a few days.
We can also do voiceovers, photography and animation. We’ll adapt the package to suit your needs.
On a strict budget?
We aim to offer services to suit every constraint, so we can omit services like sound recording and editing if you have someone in house who can do those for you. Again, just ask!
