We have been building something new: Moya.
Moya is about helping businesses spend less time fighting with admin and more time actually doing the work.
Most businesses already have plenty of systems. Quotes live in one place, customer details somewhere else, spreadsheets track another bit of the process, documents get copied and pasted, and the same information ends up being entered several times.
Moya looks at the whole process instead.
The idea is to build practical, bespoke systems around how a business actually works. That might mean bringing existing data together, creating useful dashboards, generating documents automatically, or connecting different parts of a workflow so information only needs to be entered once.
For example, information from a quote could flow into a CRM, generate the documents needed for the job, and later populate an invoice, rather than somebody repeatedly copying the same details between different systems.
It’s not about adding more software for the sake of it. It’s about finding the repetitive bits of running a business and asking: does a person actually need to be doing this?
We have also built an estimator that lets you map out some of the systems, documents and admin your business currently uses and get an idea of where time and money could potentially be saved.
