If you’ve been following us on social media, you are probably aware of the work we’ve being doing for the Equality Network. The It’s Time video campaign that we created for them has been a huge success so far with loads of videos released featuring Scottish politicians and celebrities voicing their views on marriage equality in Scotland. You can find out more about it on the Equality Network’s website.

To celebrate how well the campaign is going I’ve decided to pick out 4 of my favourite interviews so far. In no particular order, I’ve listed them all below.

Filming with Billy Boyd was a really great experience. Not only was he clued up and really interested in our Blackmagic Design Cinema Camera, but he was also just a really nice guy and an actor I’ve always respected.

Sharleen Spiteri was great too. We filmed her in the green room at King Tuts Wah Wah hut before watching her perform on stage just afterwards.

Hardeep Singh Kohli was fun to interview. Despite some strange rreferences to a pink spatula (which didn’t make the final cut…) we found he brought a more light-hearted tone to the campaign as whole.

It’s broadcaster Muriel Gray next on the list! Muriel was very welcoming when we interviewd her, and really summed up the debate well in my opinion.

So that’s the first four I’m going to mention. I realised about half-way through writing this that, actually, these aren’t my top 4. As cheesy as it may sound, it was a genuinely grand experience to have met everyone who was involved in the project. As such, I’m going to be doing more posts about everyone involved in the It’s Time campaign as we go along so keep an eye on the campaign as we move along.
