Graduate Recruitment Film
Shot on phones in lockdown

This is a graduate recruitment film that we shot and edited during COVID-19 lockdown. In order to do this we filmed each interviewee using their own phones. We posted them all a microphone and phone stand then recorded the interviews via webcam with their phone positioned so our producer could see the phone screen and direct each participant. We also drafted filming guidelines and tested each setup in advance to ensure that each shot was well lit and framed.

We turned around this film in under 3 weeks in order to use it at a graduate recruitment fair. As well as the interview footage we added stock images and video from our vast library. We branded all of the footage within a border and used a colour wash to exactly match the look of our clients other publications regarding graduate recruitment.
